Store PoliciesReturn Instructions No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Please use the following instructions for all return requests: E-mail us at info@godfamilygifts.com with the following information: Invoice Number Reason for return Full name and address on the order Order Date-No returns of any kind will be accepted after 15 days of purchase. After approval you will be given a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Any box which does not have this number on it will be refused. Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt of the item by us. You are responsible for the safe return of the package. We strongly encourage you to use a shipping partner with a traceable service. (i.e. UPS) |
